Dashboard Overview

After creating your company profile, you’ll automatically be redirected to your Dashboard, the central hub for all your invoicing activities and business performance insights.

🏠 What You’ll See

The dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of your invoice status, sales trends, and quick actions for everyday tasks.

💡 Key Sections

1. Invoice Summary Cards

Across the top of the dashboard, you’ll find colored summary cards showing your current invoice status:

Each card shows:

  • The number of invoices in that state.
  • The total amount associated with them.

2. Sales vs. Income Chart

A visual graph tracks Sales vs. Income over the last 12 months, helping you understand trends in your business performance.

Use it to quickly see:

  • Growth over time.
  • Months with lower or higher activity.
  • Differences between invoices created vs. income received.

3. Quick Actions Panel

On the right side, you’ll find shortcuts to the most common operations:

  • Manage Invoices → View, create, or edit all invoices.
  • Manage Clients → Add new clients or update existing ones.
  • Manage Account → Update your company profile, branding, and account settings.

These buttons allow you to jump directly to key pages without navigating through the sidebar.

The left menu gives you access to all modules in Billing Now:
